The roll out of Telstra's new concept store network provided an opportunity to engage more effectively at a local level with consumers. Individual stores needed a strong support and activation platform to meet the communication and technology needs of its identified target groups.

CPM’s LAM Agency developed locally focussed solutions in two distinct areas: 1. Store openings and targeted launch programs which created high consumer awareness and drove traffic and sales to the stores. 2. Development of a dynamic, store-specific online marketing platform to assist individual licensees maximise their local market penetration.
